How to set up a dynamic FAQ section using AI in WeWeb?

Step 1: Sign in to your WeWeb account

To start setting up a dynamic FAQ section using AI on WeWeb, you will first need to sign in to your WeWeb account. If you do not have an account yet, go to the WeWeb official website and click on the 'Sign Up' button to create one. Enter your email and password or sign up with a social account to register.

Step 2: Select a suitable layout

Once you're logged in, go to the website on which you want to add the dynamic FAQ section. Choose a layout that effectively caters to your requirements and matches your website’s theme.

Step 3: Choose the FAQ Section

Follow the provided steps and when you’re done, retrieve the API key or bot ID, you will need this to link your bot to the website.

Step 6: Add the API Key or Bot ID to the website

To integrate the AI Bot with your FAQ section, go back to WeWeb and add the API Key or Bot ID to your website. This can typically be done from the website builder settings. Look for something like "Add Bot" or "Integrate AI", where you’ll be able to enter the Key or ID.

Step 7: Customize your chatbot

After adding the AI, you can now customize the behavior and appearance of your Ai chatbot according to your needs. This could involve modifying the questions and answers, changing the bot’s language, altering the appearance to match your website’s theme, and a lot more. The customization options greatly depend on the AI platform that you’re using.

Once all these steps are done, the final step is to test your AI chatbot. Visit your FAQ section and try interacting with the bot. Make sure it can properly interpret user questions and provide accurate answers.

Step 9: Publish the changes

After testing and ensuring everything is working fine, publish the changes. Your dynamic FAQ section, powered by AI, is now live on your website.

Step 10: Train your AI chatbot

Make sure to occasionally monitor the questions and answers of the bot to improve the accuracy and enhance user experience. As your website grows and gets more traffic and queries, keep updating the bot's knowledge base to continually improve its function.
