Terms and Conditions.
License Types: Rapid Developers offers three types of licenses for Bubble.io templates:
Open Source Template License: Templates under this license follow the MIT License, granting rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the template.
Individual Commercial Template License: This license allows the use of the template for personal or internal business purposes. Redistribution in any form is prohibited.
Developer Commercial Template License: This license permits the use of the template for personal, internal business, or applications built for third parties.
Usage Rights: The license purchased dictates the usage rights. Redistribution or resale of templates without explicit permission is prohibited.
Fees and Payment: Each template under the Individual Commercial Template License is subject to a one-time fee. Each template under the Open Source Template License is provided free of charge. Some templates may include additional paid plugins, available separately with either a one-time fee or recurring monthly payments.
Open-source License Provisions: The MIT License applies to open-source templates, allowing broad usage rights with minimal restrictions.
Warranty and Liability: Rapid Developers provides templates on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Rapid Developers will not be liable for any damages or liability arising from the use of the templates.
Amendments: Rapid Developers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
