The Challenge
Atlas initially relied on manual, offline processes and email communication, which made the platform difficult to scale and slowed the founder’s ability to support veterans effectively. A major challenge was building a secure onboarding system that could verify military backgrounds and ensure the platform remained exclusive to veterans, service members, and their families.
At the same time, Atlas needed to serve both sides of the marketplace well.
