Scenario: A financial advisor wants to optimise their client engagement process and make more data-driven decisions. They have developed a CRM with Bubble.io, where clients can log into a personalised dashboard, book appointments and interact with their portfolios. The advisor wants these interactions to feed into Wave, their financial analytics tool, to model client behaviours and forecast trends.
Solution: Integrating Bubble.io with Wave
Dashboard and CRM Creation: The financial advisor uses Bubble.io to build a custom CRM, where clients can access their portfolios, make new investments, and book consultations.
Setting Up the Integration: The advisor installs a Wave plugin within Bubble.io, and connects it using their Wave credentials. They then implement specific workflows in Bubble.io that trigger when a certain action is completed on the client-side of the CRM.
Data Sync Workflow:
When a client undertakes an action within the CRM, such as making an investment or booking a meeting, the workflow is triggered. The relevant data (client ID, investment amount, meeting time etc.) is instantly forwarded to Wave by the plugin action. This creates a new entry point in Wave, tagged to the specific client and action for easier analysis.
Data Analysis in Wave:
Inside Wave, the advisor models the client data to understand behaviours and inform their strategies. They can create forecasts, spot trends and identify outliers, leading to more targeted and effective financial advice.
Monitoring and Analytics:
As all client interactions in the CRM feed into Wave, the advisor is able to continuously track and analyse behaviours. They can refine their CRM and service offerings based on the real-time insights provided by Wave.
Benefits:
By integrating Bubble.io with Wave, the financial advisor can deliver a personalised service experience, leverage real-time insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise client engagement and business profitability.
