Here's how:

Step 1: Exporting Data from Bubble.io

Bubble.io offers a built-in way to export your application's user data as a CSV file.

1.1. Log in to your Bubble.io account and open the Dashboard for the app whose data you want to analyse.

1.2. Click on the 'Data' tab to see the types of data your application is collecting.

1.3. Click on the 'App data' sub-tab.

1.4. Now, you'll see your data records. Choose the ones you want to export.

1.5. After choosing the records, click on the 'Export as CSV' button.

1.6. Choose the type of data you want to export (Users, Things, etc.) from the drop-down and click on 'Export data'.

1.7. Once Bubble.io finishes exporting your data, it will send a download link to your email. Use this link to download the data file.

Step 2: Uploading Data to Google Cloud Storage

Before you can use your Bubble.io data with Google Data Studio, you need to store it somewhere that Google Data Studio can access. Let's use Google Cloud Storage for that.

2.1. Log in to your Google Cloud account.

2.2. Go to the Google Cloud Console.

2.3. Click on the navigation menu on the top left.

2.4. Under the 'Storage' heading, click on 'Cloud Storage'.

2.5. In the Cloud Storage dashboard, click on 'Create bucket'.

2.6. Give your bucket a name, choose a location ( preferably the one that matches your audience's location ), and click on 'Create'.

2.7. Now, your bucket is ready. Go inside your bucket by clicking on its name.

2.8. Inside your bucket, click on 'Upload files'.

2.9. In the file picker, choose the CSV file you downloaded from Bubble.io.

Step 3: Connecting Google Data Studio to Your Bucket

3.1. Open Google Data Studio in a new tab.

3.2. Click on the 'Create' button at the top and choose 'Data source' from the drop-down.

3.3. In the 'Connect to data' page, search for 'Google Cloud Storage'.

3.4. In the Google Cloud Storage connector, click on 'Select a CSV file from GCS bucket'.

3.5. Enter the name of your bucket.

3.6. Choose your CSV file from the list.

3.7. After selecting the file, your data schema will appear on the screen.

3.8. Scroll down and click on the blue 'Connect' button.

Step 4: Exploring Your Data

Now that your Bubble.io data is in Google Data Studio, you can start working on your visualizations.

4.1. Click on 'Create Report' to start a new report.

4.2. On the right, under 'Chart', choose the type of chart you'd like to create.

4.3. Click on the canvas to place your chart.

4.4. On the right, you can customize your chart's attributes using the 'Data' and 'Style' tabs.

Repeat these steps to create more charts, to fully visualize your Bubble.io data.

5.1. Once you're happy with your report, click on the 'Share' button at the top to share the report with others.

5.2. You can either choose to send the report via email directly or create a shareable URL.

5.3. You can control whether others can view or edit the report using the checkboxes.
