Integrating Bubble.io with GetResponse allows you to automate processes between the two platforms. To do this, we will be using a third-party tool, Integromat. These are the steps:
Step 1: Visit the Integromat website and click on the "register" button. Fill in all your personal information and click "create a new account". Verify the new account through the email address you provided.
Step 2: After logging into your new Integromat account, navigate to the "services" tab on the left side of the dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the plus (+) sign to add a new service. In the search field, type "Bubble" and select it.
Step 4: Provide the necessary details (API keys) to connect your Bubble.io account. These keys can be obtained from your Bubble.io account, under settings > API.
Step 5: After obtaining the API keys, enter them into the required fields on Integromat and verify the connection.
Step 6: Still on the Integromat services page, click on the plus (+) sign and type "GetResponse" in the search field.
Step 7: Provide the necessary details (API keys) to connect your GetResponse account. In GetResponse, go to the "integrations and API" section under the menu, click on "API", then generate an API key.
Step 8: Enter the GetResponse API key in Integromat. Verify the connection once you've input the key.
Step 9: Now that both Bubble.io and GetResponse are integrated with Integromat, we can create a "scenario". A "scenario" is a set of instructions that automate processes between the services.
Step 10: Navigate to the "scenarios" tab on the left side of Integromat’s dashboard. Click on the plus (+) sign to start creating a new scenario.
Step 11: Select Bubble.io and GetResponse as the services you would like to integrate. Follow the setup wizard or manually configure your preferred synchronization between the two systems depending on your needs.
Step 12: After setting up scenarios, it's always a good idea to test the integration. Click on the "run once" button at the bottom left of the Integromat scenario editor to test the automated process.
Step 13: Assess the test results. If there are issues, review your scenario setup and correct any problems.
