Step 3: Get Bing Ads UET Tag
This step involves getting a Bing Ads Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag. UET is a tool that records what customers do on your website. Then, Bing Ads uses this information to help you create remarketing lists.
After successfully creating your campaign, go to 'Conversion Tracking.' Then, 'UET Tags'. Here, click on 'Create UET tag'. Give your tag a name and a description then proceed to 'Save.' After saving, you can 'View Tag' and copy it to your clipboard since you will need to paste it into Bubble.io.
Step 4: Sign Up on Bubble.io
If you have not yet created an account on Bubble.io, you need to create one to proceed with the integration with Bing Ads. Visit https://bubble.io/
and sign up with your details.
Step 5: Create a New Project on Bubble.io
After successfully setting up the account on Bubble.io, the next step is creating a new project. On your dashboard, there's a 'New Project' button you need to click. Choose the name of your project and the template of your project and select 'Create a new app.'
Step 6: Open Bubble.io Editor
After creating a new project, open the editor by clicking on the 'Edit' button near your new project. The Bubble.io editor will open up in a new tab or window in your browser.
Step 7: Add HTML Element to Your Bubble.io Project
Now, to integrate the Bing Ads UET tag you obtained in Step 3 into your Bubble.io project, you must add a new HTML element. To do this, on the left-hand sidebar, click on 'Design'. Then in your current page, Right Click> Replace by Another Element
.
Find the 'HTML' element and drag it onto your page. An editable field will pop up on your current page.
Step 8: Paste Bing Ads UET Tag
Now, in the editable field that popped on your page, paste the Bing Ads UET tag you copied from Bing Ads. This integration will allow Bing Ads to track user activity on your Bubble.io app/website.
Step 9: Deploy Your Bubble.io App
For the changes to take effect, you must deploy your app. Click on 'Deploy' at the top right corner of your Bubble.io page. Follow any onscreen instructions to complete the deployment process.
After these steps, your Bubble.io and Bing Ads should be successfully integrated. Bing Ads can now track and record activities in your Bubble.io app, thereby enabling you to create remarketing lists, understand your audience better, and optimize your ad campaigns.
