Our client had a complex set of requirements that no standard CRM solution was able to fulfil. They had tried multiple ‘off-the-shelf’ platforms and failed to find one that fitted their needs and had wasted a lot of time and money.
They needed a platform that could work across multiple departments, requiring six different employee permission types and working within complex internal processes. They need a solution that could be flexible to their current bespoke needs but also work for them going forward as they continued to evolve.
Working with the client, we mapped out all the internal business logic and approval processes. This information was used to build a custom CRM that gave permissions for multiple users - sales reps; managers; VPs; legal and logistics.The custom build included a capability for each user type to only see specified information and the ability to make agreed actions in the platform.
The client now has a fully customized CRM that is tailored to their business and is now enabling the different departments to coordinate far more effectively, improving performance and maintaining security.

The company had a massive sales team across the entire South-West of the US, where each sales rep needed a login on the CRM platform. Their incumbent provider charged per seat, so the cost was extremely high and continually growing as the company grew.

The sales team was able to use the CRM without any restrictions, regardless of their location. The business is no longer incurring monthly costs for its CRM and does not incur hidden costs when new people join. All of this has meant they have confidence and control of their forward budget.
Over the first 12 months, they have saved 6000 on the cost of their CRM, whilst increasing updates to the CRM by 16%.
